In Colombia this vehicle came in the year 1946, which was acquired by growing coffee elite who saw this car had the qualities necessary for loading of coffee and other agricultural products. In this area of Colombia is known as the "mechanical mules" because of its important work for farmers. Early versions concession came Colombian Defense Ministry and that it was Willys M38's or CJ-2A's, so they are known by the name of "Minguerras".
