Longstanding reputation for producing Jeep off-road vehicles,  maintained with the 2011 Jeep Liberty, but it can not compete with other smooth-riding compact SUV that make more sense as daily drivers. When it’s new, reviewers complained about low power of Liberty’s V6 engine. Said in the comments that Liberty fights with passing and merging maneuvers and did not like the Librty’s truck-like handling, especially in a class with more sophisticated options, such as the Honda CR-V 2011.

A 16/22 city / highway mpg, the  rear wheel base offers fuel economy that it’s small for its class, especially whwn they are comparison with other crossovers, like the 2011 GMC Terrain  and Hyundai Tucson 2011. In addition, the Liberty crash scores below average test and has terrible  reliability for the same class.

When its new, the reviewers felt that the Liberty’s interior was pretty decent, but could not compare with other competitors in comfort and quality, like the Toyota RAV4 2011. Most commentators believe that Liberty seats were uncomfortable,  and the cargo space was too small. Due to the narrow opening rear doors, critics argue that the enter and exit  was also difficult in 2011 Liberty. However, critics have appreciated the cargo space of 2011 Liberty and noted the easily adjustable rear seats that have extra room.

The basic Sport version comes with features that include automatic headlights, keyless entry, cruise control and a stereo with an auxiliary input and satellite radio. Options and features,  includes roof rails, fog lights, heated front seats, leather, parking sensors, Bluetooth, navigation and a sunroof.
