The Jeep Dispatcher (DJ) was a two-wheel drive version of the popular CJ.
The vehicle looked like CJ but was different in many ways, it was completely closed, was only rear wheel drive, including sliding doors and rear door swing.

One of the most extraordinary vehicle is Jeep Commando "Hurst Special" '71, a joint promotion of AMC / Hurst. Hurst lever had a double, a bonnet ABS, 8,000 rpm tachometer and blue and red stripes on the outside. Less than 100 were made, which makes it a favorite among collectors.

In 1971, Jeep trucks appeared Gladiator J-10 models (119 inches) or J-20 (131 inches). Some improvements, included new front disc brakes, a new front axle, six-stud wheels and heavier frame cross members.
All trucks shared the same body design that Jeep Wagoneer and Cherokee, from the cab forward, and offered with flat sided body or side steps.
The truck line J-10 J-Series versions included Honcho, Golden Eagle and 10-4.
In 1976, the popular model appeared Honcho $ 699 more than the J-10 short platform with standard custom level. It was the equivalent truck wide track Cherokee Chief and included two versions: Sportside to step to the side of the platform and Townside.
The Honcho had a gold stripe along the sides of the platform, mudguards and rear door, wide wheels 8x15 "with lightning and off-road tires, interior denim Levi's and sports steering wheel. Package Laredo was available along with the Honcho in 1980.
The package Golden Eagle 1977, manufactured from 1977 to 1983, including a grille guard, fog handsets, roll bar on the platform, wheels eight-inch seat Levi's, decorative stripes and decal eagle on the hood, all for a fee from $ 749.
The 10-4 versions produced from 1974 to 1983. The 1978 package consisted mostly of color options and details, the 10-4 package also offered a CB radio factory installed option.
